The USFWS, joined by the State of Wyoming and several pro-hunting and pro-gun groups filed a notice to appeal the decision to restore protections to grizzly bears of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The appeal will go to the 9th Circuit court. The service can also determine to continue with delisting again during the appeal. This battle will continue to drag on, but we won’t stop fighting to protect our grizzlies. We won’t rest until they are safe.
