An informational meeting discussing the process for developing a new chronic wasting disease (CWD) plan for the state of Wyoming will be held tomorrow night in Pinedale at the Public Library from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please attend to learn more about the process and how you can provide input to the new plan. This collaborative meeting will be a presentation followed by time to break up into smaller groups to develop solutions and input for the new CWD plan.
This plan needs to include a path forward for phasing out feedgrounds and promoting robust populations of natural predators to help reduce the prevalence of chronic wasting disease in Wyoming’s deer and elk.
